Stories of Success

ETVC (SS/SW/AW)

"Navy COOL was the most important tool I used to make informed decisions on which certifications, licenses, and apprenticeships would be the best fit for my personal journey as a leader, Career Counselor, and Enlisted Classifier. As I am planning to transition from Naval service, I have utilized all the resources of the Navy Credentialing Programs including USMAP for my earned apprenticeships, Counselor (Professional & Kindred), Electronics Technician (Professional & Kindred), and Maintenance Mechanic (Any Industry), and am also working toward completing Sourcing Recruiter. Using MilGears, I plan to input my JST and earned USMAP apprenticeships to create a downloadable resume highlighting my Naval training and experiences for the next step in my career search."
